Payment Options

All animals must be paid for in full before they will be shipped. Our preferred method of payment is the use of PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover cards. We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks on a case by case basis. All checks must clear before we will ship, no exceptions. Payment plans are available for large purchases, Please inquire.

Hold Policy

Until a deposit or payment is received, all geckos are for sale to any customer. Animals can be placed on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit ($50 minimum). Deposits hold animals for two weeks unless prior arrangements are made. If payment is not completed for any reason during the agreed upon time period, your deposit may be forfeited. If for any reason we cannot provide the animal that has been held, a refund will be given or a substitute animal can be offered. Trades may be accepted on occasion. If a trade is agreed upon, you must ship first.

Guarantees

We strive for customer satisfaction from start to finish so all animals are represented with as accurate a weight and age as possible. Live arrival is guaranteed except in cases of carrier error or if the package is NOT signed for on the first delivery attempt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have someone present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. In the unlikely event of a DOA, we must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. Do not discard the animal without contacting us first. Proof of the deceased animal will be required and under some circumstances may need to be returned. If a suitable animal is not available for replacement, then the full purchase price of the animal will be refunded. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Every animal sold is healthy, feeding and thriving before departure so we have a seven day health guarantee in place on all shipments. If you experience a problem or concern with your gecko, please contact us immediately.

All sales are final. In order to protect my own collection, no returns will be accepted.

Sexing Policy

All geckos are sold unsexed unless indicated otherwise. I can provide my best guess for unsexed animals, however this implies no guarantee.

Shipping

Shipping is done via FedEx Next Day Delivery, which guarantees delivery in most areas by 10:30 a.m. shipping varies by location and is not included in the price of the animal. Shipping will be determined by package size, weight and destination plus a $10.00 fee for packaging materials. Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday and only when temperatures are between 40° and 85°. We reserve the right to postpone any scheduled shipment(s) if we believe conditions to be unsafe for the animal.

In order to ship your animals safely, all boxes are insulated with Styrofoam and packed with heat/cold packs if necessary.

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Local Pick-up

If you live close to the Palm Beach, Fl. area and would like to pick up your animals locally, we can arrange a meeting location. Please contact me beforehand to make sure that we can make adequate arrangements.

I usually attend most of the area reptile expos either as a vendor or a patron. If you wish, you may purchase in advance and pick up your animal at the next expo.
